Working at NAI Elliott: Encouragement, collaboration and support

Rawley Winstead, is the Real Estate Manager for our largest management team. He joined NAI Elliott in 2019 and works with a group of Assistant Real Estate Managers and Building Engineers to ensure assets are operating efficiently and reporting is completed in a timely manner.

Rawley specialized in real estate at the University of Alabama and before starting his career in real estate at a family company with broker Chip Watts, now the president of IREM. He gained experience as a residential manager before shifting his focus to commercial. When Rawley moved to Portland Oregon, he worked in asset and property management for another family run company thinking he’d eventually move on to a larger, more corporate, place.

Instead Rawley found NAI Elliott and was immediately drawn to the company culture. Instead of exclusive to those outside, he found it inclusive to everyone. In addition, from the moment he joined Rawley noticed an overall focus on the employees and an acknowledgement that they are by far NAI Elliott’s most valuable asset.

It’s team members like Rawley with a passion for what they do and experience in their field that make a difference to our landlords and tenants. We’re proud that Rawley calls himself a Naicorn!
