Joining the NAI Elliott team: Collaboration and a wealth of knowledge

When Assistant Real Estate Manager Kate Barnett joined NAI Elliott from a smaller owner-run team, the greatest benefit was being able to pull from the collective experience of management and asset teams to better serve tenants and owners. Every day is different, and through collaboration with the NAI Elliott brokerage team Kate and her team find the best tenant fit for the various buildings in their portfolio.

Kate started with the Intrinsic Ventures portfolio, working on a small team directly for the owner of those buildings. When NAI Elliott took over the management, Kate joined us and brought a wealth of knowledge about the buildings and tenants. Joining a large team with multiple portfolios and a depth of knowledge in the commercial real estate industry, Kate was able to find answers quickly and always have the support of leadership, other management teams and asset managers.

Now, armed with a tool shed of answers and experience, Kate feels better supported and prepared for any obstacles that may come up. With a large team of property managers around her, she is able to find answers quickly and do her best work for the buildings she helps manage.
