It takes dedication: three decades of commitment to NAI Elliott

Diane Hess started with NAI Elliott nearly 30 years ago when we were known as Elliott Associates, Inc. Much like our name, Diane’s professional career has evolved over the last three decades. Starting first as an accounting clerk, she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in business management with an accounting emphasis and grew to become one of our most experienced portfolio accountants. Now our senior portfolio accountant, Diane oversees an extensive portfolio of properties, which includes hundreds of individual tenants. She has also trained new employees--providing essential support, guidance and experience to her colleagues across departments.

After three decades of dedication to our company, the time has come for Diane to take the plunge into retirement. We want to give our deepest appreciations for all the amazing and collaborative years together. Diane has been an integral part of this company and we will always remember her as such. Thank you for the opportunity to foster your growth and success as an individual, and as a professional, all these years. We wish you the happiest of times in this new chapter!
