NAI Elliott most valuable pandemic players and annual picnic

After a challenging 18 months for our staff, it was a pleasure to not only celebrate the amazing work everyone did for our clients and tenants during the pandemic but also safely celebrate together for the first time in way too long.

We gathered outdoors on the beautiful grounds at McMenamins Edgefield, located in Troutdale Oregon along the Columbia River Gorge. As we ate delicious barbeque and sipped on Old Fashioned’s, NAI Elliott President Jordan Elliott and Chief of Staff Ash Mitchell announced our award winners for MVPP (Most Valuable Pandemic Players).

Our Executive Committee recognized the following staff members for their work in management, brokerage and multi-family throughout 2020 and 2021.

• Exemplary Residential Responder - Ivy Long

• Most Diligent and Dedicated Client Advocate – Darren McDonald

• Most Diligent and Dedicated Tenant Advocate – Kate Fitches

• Most Accomplished Amendments Wrangler – Shari Stephens

• Most Accomplished CRRP Wrangler – Beth Twardoch

• Can't Stop, Won't Stop! Working through a Pandemic – Matt Sichel

• Oars Award - Sprinting Behind the Scenes – Craig Olson

We also voted internally for the staff members that best exemplified our manifesto during an unprecedented time and acknowledged essential workers that remained in our office throughout the shutdown to ensure we kept serving clients, vendors and tenants to the best of our ability.

• Most BE Work Orders Closed – Susan Foley and Kevin Brooks

• Essentials Appreciation Award – Kathy Truman

• Most Deals Closed during Difficult Times – Jamie Nelson

• Optimism is Contagious! – Karley Walker

• There is Strength in Satisfaction – 1000 Broadway Team

• Winning Isn’t Essential - but Wanting to Is! – Jordan Elliott

• Large or Small it Matters – Carl Gingras

• Morale Booster during Difficult Times – Ash Mitchell

• Cooperation Magnifies Us – Leanne Menashe

• Oars Award – Keeping the Ship Afloat – Nick Kohler

Before the afternoon progressed into epic games of corn hole and water balloon fights, we gathered to take a (socially distant) group photo using a drone. As we continue to navigate through challenging circumstances, these times together remind us of how strong our team is and how each person is integral to our company’s success.

Until next year NAIcorns!
