As co-founder of NAI Elliott with his wife, Marna, Lou Elliott guides the company and oversees the strategic operations of its clients’ real estate portfolios. With more than 40 years of experience managing, leasing and investing in the industry, Lou serves as an invaluable resource and sound advisor to clients and staff on the intricacies of retail, office and industrial real estate. Relying on his extensive background managing private, government and nonprofit organizations, and believing in the importance of leading by example, Lou has created a company that is nimble, flexible and responsive to clients’ needs. He and Marna started the company that preceded NAI Elliott in 1972, following two years in the Peace Corps in northeast Brazil.
