In an era when most products, in-store presentation, brick and mortar storefronts, and ecommerce sites are becoming indistinguishable, service becomes the clear differentiation between ordinary and extraordinary. The truth is that a service orientation is essential to the success of practically every customer/client facing business. To ignore that is to be left as road kill on today’s commercial highway.
