Developing careers with thoughtful mentorship

At NAI Elliott, we want to highlight the important work done by those stepping into a mentor role to help others within our company develop their careers and cultivate essential skills. For example, our Chief of Staff, Ash Mitchell, and Nick Kohler have been working closely with Operations Assistant, Liam Stone, and Office Specialist, Miki Long, over the past year to help them set new goals and find ways to keep growing within their roles. 

We believe there is strength in collaboration and teamwork, especially when it comes to helping our clients achieve their business goals. Moreover, it's important to create an environment where those coming to our company with a background not necessarily in commercial real estate can be successful with their current skill set while fostering new ones that'll help them grow within the industry (and their careers).
