Ash Mitchell serves as the Director of Corporate Operations at NAI Elliott and sits on NAI Global's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leadership council. With thoughtful, holistic planning and keen attention to detail, Ash is integral to keeping every aspect of the office running effectively. In addition to their research-based underpinnings of the company's training program for new staff, Ash takes the lead on both the employee and customer experience. They are a forward-thinker who jumps at the chance to improve internal processes and collaborate with other members of the NAI Elliott team. Ash has an extensive background in operations and project management. Prior to joining NAI Elliott, they served as the general manager of a local cycling shop, where they managed operations, growth and location transitions for the business.
