Rudy Puente Completes Major SE Portland Hertz Lease

NAI Elliott is pleased to announce that Rudy Puente, Commercial Real Estate Broker, has recently assisted Hertz to lease a car lot and office space on E. Powell Street in Gresham, Oregon.

The requirements included that the close-in lot hold up to 150 cars on a 1.5 to 2 acre lot.
