Rudy Puente manages sales and leasing for retail, office, flex and industrial space, specializing in Southeast Portland and with a particular interest in breweries. Rudy offers clients and tenants a broad knowledge of market conditions, maintained through constant research and boots-on-the-ground experience. Rudy believes patience pays off when finding the perfect fit between tenants and owners. He has been a broker since 2013, and a commercial real estate investor since 2008. During his long career in education administration, Rudy developed core strengths in communication, team-building and follow-through. Rudy has formal chef training in classic Italian cuisine, and was head chef of a renowned restaurant in Salem, Oregon. He has a bachelor’s degree in education from San Francisco State University, and a master’s in education from Western Oregon University.
