Eight NAI Elliott Brokers Earn the Masters in Commercial Property Designation

PORTLAND, OREGON – NAI Elliott is pleased to announce that eight members of the brokerage department have achieved the Masters in Commercial Property (MiCP) designation. This designation is the result of a significant continuing education curriculum covering topics such as business development, negotiation, financial analysis, and consultative brokerage.

Cap Berri, Jordan Elliott, Matt Sichel, Chris Lio, Rudy Puente, Jamie Nelson, Riley Henderson, and Emma Brown traveled to Utah in January to attend NAI University, which offered a course through Mike Lipsey’s School of Real Estate which culminated in the group earning their MiCP designations. This designation will allow NAI Elliott’s brokers to provide a higher level of service to their clients and to strategically enhance the capabilities of the department.
