When does dual agency make sense?

A question we're asking in today's video is: when does dual agency make sense? 

Sara Daley, Senior Associate at NAI Elliott, believes when there’s a shared goal that everyone is striving to achieve and explicit disclosure of the agency relationship to both parties, amazing cooperation can unfold. It also sets up both parties in a lease agreement to have mutual understanding, respect and care for each other. 

So while there may be those who think dual agency has no place in commercial real estate, we think it's important to demystify the variety of relationships that can be successful in a commercial real estate setting.
