As the local and national response to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic becomes more clear, NAI Elliott is collecting the most up to date resources available to businesses. Loans & Grants:

Vancouver's Downtown Association - COVID-19 Relief Grant

Clark County has allocated additional CARES Act funding of $8.1 million in grants to support Clark County businesses and nonprofits with up to 100 employees. 

Washington Federal Bank – Small Business Lifeline Line of Credit

Up to $200,000, 90 day interest free line of credit program for COVID-19 affected businesses.


Facebook – Small Business Grants Program

Facebook is offering $100 million in grants and ad credits. Applications not yet open.


StateUp Washington – Working Washington Small Business Emergency Grants

A program to assist small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. Up to $5 million in funds are provided through the Governor’s Strategic Reserve Fund and administered by the State Department of Commerce.


Washington County – Small Business Economic Assistance Grant

Washington County has teamed with MESO to fund a $300,000 ($3,000 per award) grant pool for small businesses . Applications open 4/15, Due by 5pm 4/16.
