Matt Bassist and Riley Henderson Close Credit Union Sale

Matt Bassist and Riley Henderson, NAI Elliott’s Portland Real Estate Advisors team, are pleased to announce that they have closed the sale of a regional credit union property located in SE Portland. The team represented the seller in the transaction. The sale consisted of a freestanding 5,217 sf building with 20 surface parking spaces. Using their deep market knowledge and a strategic marketing plan to prospect potential buyers, they were able to secure a sales price of $925,000 for the building ownership.
