NAI Elliott welcomes Jaimi Trunick & Emmy Johnston

As one of Portland’s largest commercial real estate firms, NAI Elliott is pleased to announce our brokerage has expanded once again. This time, we are thrilled to welcome Jaimi Trunick and Emmy Johnston. Jaimi Trunick joins Senior Associate, Sara Daley, to focus on retail leasing and investment sales. “I had the opportunity to meet Jaimi when she was starting out in brokerage, and I could tell, even then, that she was built for this,” Daley shares. “Her cheerful pragmatism, analytical mind and strong belief in social equity have injected focused exuberance into our work together. We can’t wait to get to work every day!” 

Trunick’s broad professional background in the commercial real estate market, as well as her self-starter mentality and commitment to equity and inclusion, makes her the perfect fit for our firm.

Likewise, we are pleased to welcome back Emmy Johnston. Johnston initially started at NAI Elliott in 2018, first in accounting and then on to property management where she joined a team working on a portfolio comprising nearly 1 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space in Oregon and Southwest Washington. 

After gaining experience in property management, Emmy applied her knowledge, interpersonal skills and strategic problem-solving to follow her interest in becoming a broker. After a brief stay at another firm in Portland, Emmy returns to NAI Elliott and joins George Macoubray, Nick Stanton and Gael Zongazo on the Northwest Retail Advisors team. As Macoubray notes,

      “Emmy is experienced in property management and has skills in design. She is also very organized, smart, and highly motivated, making her a ‘cold-calling machine’. With an enthusiastic work ethic, we look forward to the prospect of having a strong diverse and inclusive team. Emmy has a bright future in the industry. She will be successful working with landlords and tenants.”
