Teresa Peterson is a strategic commercial real estate advisor with over two decades of experience spanning brokerage, facilities management, and industrial restoration. Before joining NAI Elliott, Teresa founded and operated businesses in the commercial and industrial restoration sector, giving her firsthand insight into what it takes to build, scale, and reposition physical assets for long-term value.

Her approach is part strategist, part fixer—equal parts macroeconomic analyst and boots-on-the-ground operator. She works with investors, owner-users, and developers to uncover hidden value, structure smart deals, and deliver results across retail, office, and industrial properties.

Teresa earned her BA in Economics and German Literature from Grinnell College and holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. She is currently completing her CCIM designation to deepen her expertise in investment analysis and portfolio strategy.

Originally from Minnesota, Teresa is now based in Portland, and brings grit, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every client relationship—helping them navigate complexity and seize opportunity in a rapidly shifting market.
