Statement Regarding Gathering at Grand Central Shopping Center

NAI Elliott represents the ownership of Grand Central Shopping Center in Vancouver, WA. We have been made aware that a group is planning to use Grand Central Shopping Center as a gathering place on Saturday, August 4 for an event at another location. Grand Central Shopping Center is not available as a public gathering place without the express permission of the property ownership. No permission has been requested or issued for this weekend’s proposed gathering. The parking and premises of Grand Central Shopping Center are for the exclusive use of customers actively patronizing the center and the tenants of the center. NAI Elliott has sent communications to the leader and organizers of the planned gathering that no use is approved and that any vehicles that do not meet the use conditions above may be towed at the owner’s expense.
