Sladana Simic serves as the portfolio accountant for a selection of retail, office and industrial properties in Oregon and Washington. A hard worker with an active focus on problem-solving, Sladana prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports. She quickly and easily adapts to changes on properties, and provides property owners with clear and concise information to enhance their investments. Sladana joined NAI Elliott in 2018. With a strong background in multifamily property accounting and corporate-level supervision of fast-food restaurants, plus her degree in accounting and finance from Washington State University, Sladana provides comprehensive accounting for even the most challenging properties.
