Scott Wallberg serves as a portfolio engineer on 10 retail and office properties. By looking at property issues from every angle and creating strong relationships with vendors and tenants, Scott is able to properly diagnose problems and address them quickly. He believes empathy and hard work help overcome obstacles at properties. He joined NAI Elliott in 2018, and brings 30 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor, building engineer and portfolio engineer to the company.
