Scott Killian manages a mixed portfolio of office and retail space outside the Portland Metro Area. Scott’s focus on property preservation and maintenance allows for expense control and maximization of profits. He sees himself in a dual role of serving both tenants and owners so individual businesses can thrive. Joining NAI Elliott in 2016, Scott draws on a deep history in multifamily property management. Over the years he has honed his leadership skills and developed a breadth of capabilities in project management, capital improvements and staff motivation. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology at Washington State University.
