With two decades of experience spanning brokerage, portfolio asset management, development strategy, and marketing, Neal Swanson serves as the Director of Brokerage at NAI Elliott. He leads the brokerage division with a focus on aligning client objectives with effective marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

Neal has actively contributed to the development of numerous retail, office, medical, and multi-family properties across the Pacific Northwest. He has played a key role in hundreds of lease and sale transactions in five states, specializing in retail and office asset classes.

A native of Olympia, Washington, Neal earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Washington University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California. His previous experience includes working for Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International offices in Seattle before forming his own full service commercial real estate firm. His breadth of experience and strategic vision drive the success of NAI Elliott’s full-service brokerage platform and the clients it serves.
