As the Director of Brokerage at NAI Elliott, Neal leads the brokerage division, ensuring a unified execution of client objectives and marketing goals. His meticulous oversight of compliance and document management is informed by his diverse background. Drawing from his experience founding and operating an independent brokerage specializing in retail and office properties, as well as managing a successful bakery venture, Neal possesses a deep understanding of clients' commercial real estate goals. This insight uniquely positions him to contribute to our strategic direction as a full-service brokerage firm as well as bolster marketing and brokerage efforts, ultimately ensuring client success. Born and raised in Olympia, Washington, Neal graduated with a bachelor’s in marketing from Western Washington University before obtaining a master’s in urban planning and development from the University of Southern California.
