As Director of Portfolio Asset Management and Brokerage, Neal leads a broad range of responsibilities for NAI Elliott. He provides strategic asset management services across client portfolios while leveraging his diverse background to strengthen marketing and transactional efforts across the brokerage platform. Neal’s creativity, versatility, and client-first perspective define his approach to transactions and long-term client relationships.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and marketing across the Pacific Northwest, Neal brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by previous roles as a broker, landlord, asset manager, marketing manager, and small business owner. He has represented national brands with multi-state expansion, provided strategic asset management, leasing, and marketing services for a fourth-generation owner-developer, and worked for some of the region’s largest commercial real estate firms, where he has participated in over $500M in transactions. Neal draws on firsthand experience as a former tenant and entrepreneur to advise clients with strategic clarity, operational insight, and a deep understanding of ownership.

A native of Olympia, Washington, Neal earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Washington University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California. His previous experience includes working for Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International offices in Seattle before forming his own full service commercial real estate firm. His breadth of experience and strategic vision drive the success of NAI Elliott’s full-service brokerage platform and the clients it serves.
