NAI Elliott Names New President, Restructures Executive Team

PORTLAND, OREGON – NAI Elliott has named Jordan Elliott as President and NAI Global Director. Following a comprehensive review of the Executive Team and, in an effort to position the company to continue excellence into the future, company founders and owners, Lou Elliott and Marna Elliott, have named Jordan as President and have refined and renewed the roles of long-serving key executives Cap Berri, Director of Brokerage and Marketing Services, Leanne Menashe, Director of Real Estate Services, and Duane Nishida, Director of Financial Services.

Jordan will focus on creating, implementing, and measuring a successful company business plan, tending to company culture and employee relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Building on his expertise in organizational leadership and development and drawing on his intensive education in commercial real estate since joining the company full-time in 2016, Jordan is poised to maintain the excellent fundamentals of the company his parents founded and ran for 35 years and to position NAI Elliott for future growth in the near and long term.

Lou Elliott will now serve as Chief Executive Officer of NAI Elliott, acting as caretaker of decisions, ensuring ongoing viability and relevance of the company, and maintaining and growing relationships with clients. Reflecting on this change, Lou noted that:

The opportunity to elevate Jordan to the company presidency to lead our established executive team is both timely and exhilarating. Jordan’s extraordinary leadership qualities and seasoned executive skills will assure that we are able to continue to assimilate our recent growth and extend our “large or small it matters” approach to our offered real estate services.
