NAI Elliott: Building meaningful relationships with global reach in 2021

In 2021 NAI Elliott helped owners and tenants reach their goals while continuing to build meaningful relationships with a global reach. During a year where we continued to navigate a changing commercial real estate market, we also had some incredible highlights.

We worked with our clients to obtain $2.46 million in rent relief through Oregon’s Commercial Rent Relief Program. We were an IREM REME award finalist for APO of the year. Three women from our office were recognized by GlobeSt. for their work in CRE. We introduced new technology to improve our insurance compliance system for tenants and vendors. And we brought you information on supply chain issues, the industrial warehouse market, accounting, property budgets, the effects of the pandemic on commercial real estate and more!
