Matt Burnham is a seasoned Real Estate Manager with a proven track record of success in overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate properties, specializing in creative office, retail and mixed-use developments. He prioritizes collaboration and open communication with tenants, vendors and colleagues to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service tailored to meet clients' specific needs. Prior to joining NAI Elliott, Matt served as the Regional Property Manager with several prominent asset management firms, overseeing the financial performance and operations of numerous mixed-use/multi-family assets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from San Jose State University and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Negotiation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In his free time, you can find him exploring the outdoors with his Siberian Husky, training for upcoming 10K races or dedicating himself to refining his culinary prowess in the kitchen.
