Matt Bassist serves his clients as a professional advisor, helping companies, investors and others solve their real estate problems. He represents both landlords and tenants, across office and industrial space, focusing on urban/close-in properties of all kinds. Matt partners with his colleague Elliot Bachaumard on projects, offering a client-centric approach and a one-two combination of experience and market savvy. He has 30+ years of experience in the Portland market; after previously focusing on landlords, he’s now helping tenants take advantage of the current market. Prior to joining our team, Matt served in executive leadership roles at multiple Portland-based regional commercial real estate firms.
