Kristen Roberts manages the accounting for a portfolio of 16 properties including office, retail and creative spaces in the Portland area and beyond. Prior to joining NAI Elliott, she served as an accountant for a property management company for more than 10 years, tracking expenses and providing financial reporting for commercial and multifamily residential properties, while also running her own appraisal business. Kristen aims to provide accurate and timely reports that are easy to understand. While she thinks all accountants have the same general tasks, objectives and goals, she believes the difference is in how they execute those responsibilities.
