A detailed listener with exceptional communication skills, Justin can understand a client’s needs and translate them into a realistic plan—and then see the project through to completion and satisfaction for everyone involved. Justin brought an extensive background in construction management to NAI Elliott. He joined in 2017 after relocating from the Bay Area, immediately tuning into the supportive family atmosphere of the company. He transitioned from construction to brokerage in 2019. His professional background is invaluable to clients because it lets him provide a holistic view of tenant improvements: He discerns the client’s needs and shares their vision, and he taps into his deep experience to identify the required resources, a realistic timeline and an accurate idea of cost.
