Julie Fuhrman is responsible for a portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet of industrial, office, medical office and retail space. Julie maximizes client returns by overseeing every detail of property management, including the annual budgets, day-to-day facilities management and long-term financial planning. She takes a proactive approach to management, and finds satisfaction in finding creative solutions to hurdles at properties. Julie has over 25 years of real estate management experience in Oregon, Washington and Nevada. During this time she’s refined her skills in capital improvements, maintenance coordination and lease renewals. She has completed business and accounting coursework at Lewis & Clark College.
