Jefferson Padilla serves a Portfolio Accountant at NAI Elliott. With a sharp eye for data and the skills to translate it concisely, Jefferson boils down complicated accounting issues into easily understood reports. He believes consistency and clarity are key to successful property accounting. Prior to joining NAI Elliott Jefferson was an Accounting Assistant, where he was tasked with reconciling balance sheets and bank statements, as well as reducing accounts receivable delinquency. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on accounting from Portland State University.
