Isla McLeod is a Real Estate Manager with an extensive portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties in Oregon and Washington. Using a tailored approach to each property, Isla maximizes asset value for owners while providing tenants with a high degree of service. Isla brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate spanning brokerage, asset management, property management, analytics, development, construction, land use, planning and design, in both the private and public sectors. She has a demonstrated history of creating value across property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, land, mixed-use and special-purpose property. She has represented mom-and-pop owners along with some of the largest institutional owners of real estate in the country and region. 

Isla’s breadth and depth of experience offer her a unique lens to evaluate and solve a wide variety of real estate problems. Isla received the Bill Naito Award, presented jointly by CAB/NAIOP/SIOR, for the most complex transaction of 2016 in recognition of her work with Women’s Healthcare Associates. She has set multiple records for both rate and price and was instrumental in the overhaul of Prosper Portland’s property and asset management platform. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance and holds a certificate in project management from Portland State University.
