Invested in your success: What is Central Eastside Together?

Clients often come to us wanting to know what’s happening outside the walls of their buildings. Often they are curious about what’s going on in the neighborhood or what tenants are saying.

NAI Elliott Real Estate Asset Manager Mike Larkin believes his position as a board member at Central Eastside Together and NAI Elliott’s membership at Central Eastside Industrial Council, positions him and everyone on our Real Estate Management teams to better answer those questions.

Our involvement in those organizations inform our conversations with clients and tenants and allow Mike to bring a level of complexity in responses to their concerns. Not just because we overheard it but because we’re invested and involved in it.

Central Eastside Together is the enhanced service district set up three years ago by the Central Eastside Industrial Council. Self-imposed funds within the district are used to bring about cleaning and security services in addition to acting as an umbrella group of voices that represent all aspects of the neighborhood to try to solve pressing issues that benefit the district as a whole.
