George Macoubray has an unmatched history of both brokerage and leadership within commercial retail and was recently recognized with GlobeSt.’s Influencers in Retail Real Estate 2022 award. With a current portfolio of over 60 exclusive property and tenant relationships, George is an integral part of NAI Elliott’s strategic planning. He knows that trust is the foundation of every business relationship, and that those relationships are more important than any transaction.

George has also been an important mentor to numerous fledgling brokers—including Gael Zongazo--all of whom have stayed in the business and thrived. In his current role he continues to recruit and guide new brokers, as well as collaborating with fellow brokers, such as Nick Stanton and Elliot Bachaumard.
