NAI Elliott Facilities Manager Julian Morales is a key player on our Construction Management team. While it's been a challenging time, one of the big adjustments they have made is thinking ahead and asking vendors to order more supplies up front. 

Their strong relationships with contractors and emphasis on communication has been the key to their success in completing projects. They are also setting expectations to make sure that everyone knows where they are in the project and what materials they may be waiting for.
