Establishing roots in a new role

As the Marketing Coordinator for NAI Elliott, Karley Walker shares how she took on the opportunity of stepping into this new role. Having previously worked as the Office Coordinator, she had established relationships with our clients and departments, relevant and valuable skillsets and plenty of enthusiasm--which made it easier for her to embrace her new position fully.
