David Berg brings a well-rounded level of experience as a Facilities Manager to his position at NAI Elliott. He is proficient in administering maintenance and repairs for a variety of both residential and commercial buildings ranging from late 19th century to new construction LEED-certified high rises. With an emphasis on managing buildings as a steward of resources, David has increased occupancy rates, overseen multimillion-dollar operating budgets, managed large capital maintenance and repair projects and more. After almost two decades of experience in both construction and property management, David has seen firsthand that a proactive approach to maintenance will always result in long-term savings and enjoys finding creative solutions for his clients. He’s a Pacific Northwest native and treasures the natural beauty of Oregon; he’s particularly fond of hiking and exploring the beautiful region, some favorite destinations include Timberline Lodge, Portland’s Japanese Garden, Cannon Beach and Hood River.
