Carl Gingras manages lease administration for a portfolio of over 100 properties and more than 1,000 tenants. Through meticulous data analysis, Carl provides timely and detailed information regarding lease agreements, rents, operating expenses and other essential documentation to help reduce risk for clients. Carl has a passion for learning and utilizing analytical and technical tools, and distilling their measurements to staff and clients. He believes a positive attitude helps gets the job done. Carl joined NAI Elliott in 2014. During a 30-year career, he has developed proficiencies in financial analysis, lease administration and loan management. Carl earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
