Arwen O’Leary performs portfolio accounting for both property management and accounting services clients. Before joining NAI Elliott, she worked as an Accountant Specialist for a local consultant group performing lease administration, budgeting, CAM reconciliations and AP/AR. Her background in analyzing lease contracts and extracting critical accounting details, as well as her excellent organization and efficiency skills, makes her a valuable asset for our property managers and accountants. Arwen received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Leo University in Tampa, Florida and in her free time, enjoys listening to music, as well as designing and making handmade quilts.
