Alan oversees NAI Elliott's construction management department, bringing over eight years of experience in construction management, including an impressive portfolio of over 500,000 square feet in tenant improvements and more than 750,000 square feet in ground-up development. In his current role as Construction Manager, Alan oversees capital projects and tenant improvements, ensuring every phase of the process meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His responsibilities include selecting and managing the right design, consulting, and construction teams, overseeing design and construction management, and implementing robust project controls. These controls encompass scheduling, cost management, risk mitigation, and maximizing value and productivity.

Alan’s expertise in value engineering, coupled with his leadership in managing budgets, schedules, and site construction progress, strengthens NAI Elliott’s commitment to delivering comprehensive and client-focused solutions.
